One part of the mission of the 50-k Active/Athlete Challenge is to REWARD people who get off the couch and join The Challenge, so to that end, I'm sponsoring a project where members can win one of three prizes.

Members submit photos; members vote for their favorites; and the most votes as of December 17th, 2009 at 5pm Mountain time, determines winners - simple. Don't delay in becoming a member and getting your shirt if you haven't already, so you can get your submission in and get the most votes. Be creative and have fun.

Beyond enabling a shot at winning great prizes, your "Active Life" T-Shirt serves a couple of other purposes. Every time you wear your "Active Life" T-Shirt, you are "giving back" by helping to promote the 50-k Active/Athlete Challenge and helping people reach a more active and healthy life. I also hope that every time you reach to put on your "Active Life" T-Shirt, you are reminded of how much YOUR active life means to you. In my upcoming book, I talk about how a major reason that the over 50 athletes that I interviewed are still going strong, is that their active life is not something they DO, but is something they ARE!
