I like doing yoga, but classes are inconvenient for me. Is there a gook yoga DVD out there that anyone would recommend?

I've been wondering the same thing (but haven't acted on it). Try your local library and Netflix if you use it. It would be a good free start to trying a few to see if there are any you like.

I have some on-demand service and FITtv has a great selection of yoga and other shows to help you out.

I just picked up Bryan Kest's Power Yoga DVD; I read a recommendation for it saying it was great for runners. It is fairly challenging and has three levels. (You just have to get past Bryan's Michael Bolton (circa 1988) style hairdo!) I got it for a song on eBay.
